FAQ on Modena
When is the check-in and check-out times? Hotel check in time is 14:00hrs and check-out is at 12.00hrs. 
What is the cancellation policy? Our cancellation policy depends on the offer you have selected. For more information, kindly contact the property directly. 
Do you provide adapter? Yes, complimentary rental of adaptors are available upon request and subject to availability.
Do you provide Newspapers? Yes, complimentary The Nation newspapers will be available in our public areas.
Do you provide an internet access? Complimentary Wi-Fi access is available throughout the property.
Is there an additional charge for visitors? An occupant fee will be imposed for visitors staying overnight. This is also subject to the maximum occupancy of the room. All visitors will be required to register with the front desk. 
Does the hotel provide iron and ironing boards in all rooms? Yes, they are provided in all rooms.
Do you have hairdryers in the rooms? Yes, hairdryers are provided in all rooms.
What type of television channels do you provide? We provide a total of 25 channels including local and cable channels. 
Do you have smoking floors? We are a 100% non-smoking property.
What are the bed types in the hotel? The property will have king and twin bedded rooms. 
Will you have baby cots available? Babycots will be available upon request. 
Do you allow the parties in the hotel? The hotel does not allow parties in the hotel room. The MOD Room is available for rental. Please contact the property for more information.
What are the opening hours of the gymnasium? Our fitness centre operates 24 hrs a day, for guests only. For safety reasons, we do not allow children under 16 years to utilise the gym.  
Notice / ประกาศ
  1. The hotel will be responsible in case of loss or damage to guest’s valuables under the terms and conditions as follows:
    • The incidents occur on the hotel premises
    • Compensation for lost or damage valuables will be limited to Baht 5,000 only. Unless, such valuables are declared of their value and deposit in the safety deposit box at the Guest Service desk.
  2. The hotel will not responsible for loss or damage to guest’s valuables under the following conditions.
    • Incidents beyond our control
    • Physical conditions of such valuables
    • Due to guest’s own negligence

In any case, the incident must be reported and investigated by the police and concluded that the incident occurred due to the hotel’s lack of proper care and attention or gross negligence.


  1. โรงแรมจะรับผิดชอบต่อทรัพย์สินของผู้เข้าพัก กรณีเกิดความสูญหายหรือเสียหาย ดังนี้
    • การสูญหายหรือเสียหายเกิดขึ้นที่โรงแรม
    • หากทรัพย์สินที่สูญหายหรือเสียหายตามข้อ 1.1 เป็นประเภทเงิน ทอง ธนบัตร ตั๋วเงิน อัญมณี หรือ ของมีค่าอื่นๆ โรงแรมจะรับผิดชอบไม่เกิน 5,000 บาท (ห้าพันบาทถ้วน) เว้นแต่ผู้เข้าพักจะได้ฝากและแจ้งราคาแห่งทรัพย์สินนั้นไว้กับโรงแรม
  2. โรงแรมขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในความรับผิดชอบ หากความสูญหายหรือเสียหายดังกล่าวเกิดขึ้นเพราะเหตุดังต่อไปนี้
    • เหตุสุดวิสัย
    • เหตุแห่งสภาพของทรัพย์สินนั้นๆ
    • เป็นความผิดของผู้เข้าพัก บริวาร หรือ บุคคลที่เข้าพักให้การต้อนรับ

หมายเหตุ – ผู้เสียหายจะต้องแจ้งความร้องทุกข์ต่อเจ้าพนักงานสอบสวนในท้องที่ที่โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ทันทีเพื่อให้เจ้าพนักงานสอบสวนได้ดำเนินการสอบสวนหาข้อเท็จจริงตามขึ้นตอนของกฏหมาย

Where is the nearest MRT station and how do I purchase the MRT cards? The nearest MRT station is Queen Sirikij station, which is within an 3-minute walk away from the property. MRT cards can be purchased at the station and can be used on Subway.
How much would it cost to take a taxi from the airport to the property? It costs approximately THB 450 – 500 to get to the property from the airport. (Included the express way and surcharge THB 50 from Airport) 
Where can I eat?

Bistro@M, serves all-day dining after breakfast hours at the property. In-room dining is also available and the last order is at 10.00pm.

Macdonald, located on Rama 4 road next Esso Gas Station.

Are there any halal certified eateries nearby? Approximately 10 – 15 minutes walk from the property, along the Rama IV Road, turn left to Sukhumvit 24 (Soi Attakave) you will find Nadimos offering a wide selection of food from lebenese & halal Food.
