FAQ about Capri by Fraser
What are the services and facilities offered? Capri Changi City offers 24 hours themed Spin & Play Laundrette Rooms from Level 3 to 12. Each Spin & Play is equipped with Wii/Kinect, iPad Room, Boxing Room or Foosball Room. There is also a gym, and swimming pool. For a comprehensive list of our facilities, please visit here.
Are there fitness facilities provided? Yes, there is a 24/7 fully-equipped gym. Swimming pool and jet pool opens from 7am to 10pm.
Is internet access provided? Complimentary Wi-Fi access is available throughout the property.
What is the check-in time? Check-in time is after 2pm
What is the check –out time? The check-out time is at 12.00pm. Should you like to request for a late check out, kindly check with our Guest Relations Executive. Rooms are subject to availability and charges apply.
What time is breakfast served? Breakfast is served from 6.30am – 10.00am at our all-day dining restaurant.
Are laundry services provided? Yes, washers and dryers are available in our dedicated Spin & Play rooms located on Levels 3 – 12. In addition, we also provide laundry and dry cleaning services.
What are the available dining options? Guests can choose from multiple dining options such as the in-house Caprilicious Restaurant. There are also many dining options at Changi City Point and around the hotel residence.
What are the type of beds provided? All room types feature a King-sized bed except for Studio Superior Twin, which feature 2 single-sized beds.
Do you have smoking floors? We are a 100% non-smoking property.
Are baby cots and extra beds available? Baby cots are free of charge and extra beds are available at SGD70++ per night.
Are newspapers provided? Yes, upon request.
Are the residences handicap-friendly? We do have 2 units of accessible rooms at our Studio Superior category.
Is on-site parking available and what is the cost. Yes. 1 complimentary car park lot is provided per room.
Is airport shuttle service provided? Capri by Fraser provides complimentary shuttle bus service for guest between Singapore Changi Airport and the hotel. Click here for more details.
What is the reception operating hours? Our reception counter operates 24 hours
Is it possible to store my luggage at the hotel before check-in? Yes, you may leave your luggage with our concierge.
How do I get to the hotel? Capri by Fraser provides complimentary shuttle bus service for guest between Singapore Changi Airport and the hotel. Guests can also take a 4 minute journey to Expo station via MRT and take a short stroll to the hotel through Changi City Point Shopping Mall.
Are there any recommended attractions in Singapore? There are lots to see and do in Singapore, each offering different and unique experience. Check out the attractions here or check with our Guest Relations Executives for recommendations.
Are there any recommended shopping destinations? Changi City Point is the nearest shopping mall, a multitude of shopping and dining options is less than a minute away.
Where is the closest bank, ATM and exchange office located? There are many ATMS available at Changi City Point Shopping Mall, less than a minute away. Please approach the Concierge for directions to the nearest bank.
What is the cancellation policy? To avoid charges, cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to arrival day before 2pm local time.

What is the minimum check-in age? Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in at Capri by Fraser, Changi City / Singapore.
What is the maximum number of guests allowed in each residence type? Each residence is allowed a maximum of 2 guests.

Are pets allowed? No pets are allowed but we allow guide dogs.
Are parties allowed in the residences? Please note that parties or functions are strictly not allowed within the hotel rooms.
