What is the check-in time? The check-in time is from 1400 hours.
What is the check-out time? The check-out time is 1200 hour. Should you like to request for a late check out, kindly check with our Client relations executive.
What is the cancellation policy? For any cancellation or amendment for reservations of less than 7 nights, notice must be given 48 hours prior to arrival date to avoid charges. For reservations of more than 7 nights, 72 hours’ notice must be given.
Is it possible to store my luggage at the hotel before check-in?

Yes, you may leave your luggage with our concierge.

Are pets allowed? No pets are not allowed at this moment of time.
How do I get to the hotel?

Capri by Fraser Kuala Lumpur is accessible via 45 minutes drive from the airport. A 10 minutes walk from the nearest train station LRT Kelana Jaya Line, University Station.

Guests can also take the KLIA Express Train to KL Sentral and the option of Putra LRT or Taxi will be there to take you to Capri by Fraser, Kuala Lumpur.

What are the type of beds provided?

King Beds, Queen Beds, and Single Beds are available upon request.

What is the maximum number of guests allowed in each residence type? Each apartment covers the following number of guests:
  • Studio: 2 guests
  • 1 Bedroom: 3 guests (with one extra bed)
  • 3 Bedroom: 6 guests (with one extra bed)

Are baby cots and extra beds available?

Baby cots are free of charge and extra beds are available at MYR130+ per night.

Are newspapers provided?

Yes, complimentary local English newspapers are provided at concierge counter in the lobby.

Are the residences handicap-friendly? Unfortunately, we currently do not offer handicap-friendly facilities. However, we are working towards bettering our services.
Are pets allowed? No, pets are not allowed at this moment of time.

Are there fitness facilities provided?

Yes, a 24/7 fully equipped Gym, swimming pool, jet pool, yoga room, and Play and Kickboxing room are available for our guests.

Is internet access provided? Complimentary wifi access is available throughout the property.
What time is breakfast served? Breakfast is served 0630 -1030 on weekdays and 0630 -1100 on weekends and public holidays.
What are the available dining options? An all-day dining options, Caprilicious, Delite, and U-Bar & Club Lounge is located in the property. There are restaurants located around the vicinity as well, such as the mall next to the hotel. Simply check with our Client Relations Executive and they will gladly recommend them to you.
Are laundry services provided? Yes, there is a 24/7 washer/ dryer facility with tokens available for purchase. Laundry and dry cleaning services are provided as well.
Is on-site parking available and what is the cost? Yes. 1 complimentary car park lot is provided per apartment.
Is airport shuttle service provided? Unfortunately, we only provide 1-way complimentary scheduled shuttle services to the nearer office blocks, train stations and shopping malls.
What is the reception operating hours?

The reception, concierge and security services are 24/7.

One of the best way to experience the city is the KL Hop-On Hop-Off Bus which gets you around to the local attractions at a free and easy pace. Capri KL is conveniently located from Hop-On Hop-Off bus station, simply check with our Client Relations Executive

Are there any recommended shopping destinations?

Many nearby shopping options are available, including Mid Valley Mega Mall, Suria KLCC Mall, Pavilion, Bangsar, and Sunway Lagoon.

Where is the closest bank, ATM and exchange office located?

ATMS are available at the adjacent shopping malls and a bank and forex services is an 8-minute walk away.

Innkeepers Act 1952

No innkeeper shall be liable to make good to any guest of such innkeeper any loss of or injury to goods brought to his inn, not being a horse or other live animal, or any gear appertaining thereto or any car or carriage, to a greater amount that the sum of five hundred ringgit, except in the following cases:

  • Where such goods shall have been stolen, lost or injured thought the willful act, default or neglect of such innkeeper or any servant in his employ;
  • Where such goods shall have been deposited expressly for safe custody with such innkeeper or his manager:

Provided always that in the case of such deposit it shall be lawful for such innkeeper or his manager, if he thinks fit, to require, as a condition of his liability – 

  • That the guest shall at the time of such deposit declare the value of such goods,
  • That such goods shall be deposited in a box or other receptacle, fastened and sealed by the person depositing the same:

Provided always that the innkeeper or his manager may refuse to receive for safe custody under this section good of any guest the declared value of which exceeds five thousand ringgit, and that he shall in no case be liable for loss of or injury to goods so deposited by a guest to an amount exceeding the declared value thereof.
