What kind of breakfast do we serve?
Contiential Buffet breakfast from 06.00am to 10.00 daily
Do you provide complimentary wifi? Yes. Broadband internet is available in the apartment units as well.
Do you have laundry services? Yes. Laundry and dry cleaning service available. Please refer to the laundry list provided in the apartment for our prices. Normal service is delivery on next day; not same day service - this is considered express service with additional charges.
Are there washing machine/dryers in your apartments? Washing machine / dryers are available in all apartment units.
What is your cancellation policy? 72-hour cancellation policy
How much deposit do I need to leave for incidentals? Minimum IDR 300,000 per night for short stays
IDR 3,000,000 for stay of one month and above.
What does it cover? This is a deposit as guarantee to cover incidental charges i.e. laundry, Food & Beverages, telephone calls which is signed to the room.
Is the residence accessible to disabled guests? Yes, only in the lobby area; ramp and toilet in the lobby for the disabled guest.
Do you have parking facilities? Yes we do.
What type of newspapers do you provide? Electronic Newspaper & Magazine (Press Reader)
What type of TV channels do you provide? 61 channels including major, local and international news, sports and entertainment channels.
